Temperature, wind, humidity and pressure are arithmetic means of all sources that returned values. A source is counted once, whether it is a raw model, a blended forecast, or an ensemble mean. These sources can share underlying models or input data, so their votes are not statistically independent. Cloudiness uses four ordered levels (Clear sky, Mostly clear, Partly cloudy, Overcast); precipitation types use a separate severity-vote rule. If a source lacks a daily forecast, available hourly samples are used to derive a daily range where possible.
